When you do, you will see a new window appear that shows your current room settings.

General Settings

Use these to manage syncing & locking.

  1. Lock Room: Toggle this on to prevent users from joining your room (similar to locking a door.)

  2. Sync Spaces: Use this to apply the same background space to all users in your room. Note that only the Room Host can enable this setting, and manage which Space is synced.

  3. Pause Chat While Pomodoro is Running: Use this setting when running a Group Pomodoro so that everyone can stay focused & pause the chat. Chat will be unpaused when the Group Pomodoro is done.

Guest Permissions

Room Hosts can change the permissions their Guests have once they are in their Rooms. If a setting is toggled on, the guests will be able to perform that action. It's here that Room Hosts can manage exactly what their colleagues share - whether that be their mics, web cams, or screen sharing.
