# Disconnecting your Calendar Accounts

If you'd like the change the calendar you've connected to LifeAt, follow these steps:

1. From Focus Mode, click on the Calendar widget to open it.
2. At the tio of the widget click on the gear settings icon.

3. Click on "Disconnect".

4. You will now see our Calendar connection prompt at the top of the Calendar widget.
