# Using the LifeAt Media widget

### How do I use the Media player?

To use, simply copy and paste your preferred playlist link into the Media widget and hit enter. Youtube playlists, Spotify, and Apple music are all supported! 

**Note: Syncing media across users in a LifeAt Room is currently not available - we encourage you to share your links with one another in chat that way everyone can enjoy the same playlist on their own devices!**

### Why does my Spotify playlist only play for 30 seconds / in Preview mode in the Desktop App?

When using Spotify in our app, Spotify playlists will only play 30 seconds - this is a known issue that we are working on fixing. In the mean time, please log into Spotify and use LifeAt in a web browser. (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
