# Using our To Do List

### How do I use the To do list?

Add new task by hitting "enter" on the keyboard Delete task by clicking on the "trash can" icon or "return" on keyboard Delete all tasks by clicking on "clear all" at the bottom of the widget

### How do I get more To do lists?

Free plan → 1 to-do list Pro plan → multiple to-do list

### How do I time box my tasks?

There are two ways!

1. Drag to calendar
2. Set a time by clicking on the calendar icon next to the trash can on the task.

### How do I delete all my completed tasks?

From the "more" menu located on the To do list widget, (the three dots next to the progress bar), click "Delete All Completed Tasks". **Note**: Deleted tasks cannot be retrieved!
